West Drylining and Facades Limited have worked with Lakehouse Contracts for over 5 years undertaking the following elements of work to a very high standard, completing the works on time and to budget to the satisfaction of Lakehouse and of course our mutual Client.

They are a customer driven subcontractor who strive to ensure the end result is a product of high quality and delivered on time. This is especially difficult with wet trades and the nature of refurbishment.

Over the last 5 years West's have carried out grid and suspended ceiling works, both in new build and refurbishment projects, screeding works including floating screeds (insulated) and semi-bonded sand and cement screeds. Drylining partitions and plasterboard wall finishes seem to be the predominant trades that are carried out on our projects and make up 70% of the works carried out.

All plasterboards are normally wet plastered or skimmed, however tape and joint services are often undertaken if the project requires them. They have carried out SFS metal infill and standalone structures with CP board and insulated render where required, including weber acrylic and monocouche through coloured render systems.

Wet plastering to new and existing surfaces, predominantly this is undertaken in refurbishment projects and we have they also undertake traditional Lime haired plaster for heritage or listed status buildings.

West's have carried out large and intricate ceiling packages to both new and existing projects, including sloped metal demountable ceiling tile system with secret fix grid for access to services.
