This was an award winning development for Rooff ltd. This prestigious project comprises of 18 residential apartments and the flats were constructed using a mixture of SFS infill and a stand-alone penthouse SFS structure.

A Particularly challenging programme of screeding, drylining and plastering with lightweight rendering completed to a very high standard, made the client and our main contractor very happy.
