This small refurbishment project is situated on the busy commercial street, London E1. It will house an international business School where professionals and business students can learn and share ideas for businesses across the globe.

Our works were to mainly install new metal stud partitions including a large quantity of perforated plasterboards whish were specially made to ventilate a heated plenum. The works are particularly niche and we were working to zero tolerance in most areas.

Due to some variations and design issues we were required to work evenings and weekends to meet hand over dates and then practical completion was accepted on time and to the high quality of finish that is expected of us.
