A new build block of 90 units south east London which included SFS/ Metsec infill, Drylining and plasterboard ceilings internally and wet plastering to all surfaces.

This £400k block was part of a multi stage Bermondsey regeneration scheme and we have already priced the next phase, due to commence next year.
